Shipping Info
The cost of shipping can vary greatly depending on the particular items you'd like to purchase, the location where you'd like your order shipped, and the type of shipping service that your prefer. You can get a quick shipping & handling estimate by putting the items in your cart, then supplying some address information on the View Cart page. We'll show you a number of options. During the actual checkout process, you can choose exactly which shipping method works best for you.
Return Policy
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the original postage date.

Prior to returning an item, you must email us at gadeisheavy@gmail.com for authorization. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for the return. Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted.

If you ordered clothing and are unhappy with the size/design, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition. You are responsible for all shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you. This will be outlined in your Return Authorisation email from us as we still give you payment and shipping options.

If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged you will incur no additional shipping charges.

You will have to mail us the package back via standard mail only, along with a receipt of what you paid for shipping and we will refund your money upon receiving your return. We will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.

In the event that a refund is required, we will refund the original form of payment for the price of the product less the shipping cost. Refunds are generally posted within 5-7 business days.
